Model A: Pay-To-Climb / Pure Outbid
The classic model. Ranking is strictly ordered by the total amount paid. Outbidding the #1 spot takes effect instantly.
In early 2025, a wave of viral pay-to-rank websites emerged across the indie hacker and startup ecosystem. BidFeed tracks this entire phenomenon in real time.
Following the viral launch of outbid.lol, dozens of specialized spin-offs launched targeting SaaS founders, AI startups, crypto degens, and regional markets.
Founders and growth marketers were keeping 20+ browser tabs open just to check if a competitor had outbid them on vibewar.lol, srank.lol, or saasleague.lol.
BidFeed monitors public leaderboard data every 15 minutes, normalizes multiple currencies into standard USD equivalents, and aggregates everything into one real-time command center.
The classic model. Ranking is strictly ordered by the total amount paid. Outbidding the #1 spot takes effect instantly.
Specific slots have predetermined price tiers (e.g. #1 is $100/day, #2 is $50/day). Contenders rent positions for a fixed duration.
Rankings reset daily or weekly. The top spot decays in price over time until a bidder claims it before the timer expires.
Climbing is achieved through code commits, GitHub stars, or peer upvotes rather than direct fiat/crypto payments.
An outbid leaderboard (popularized by outbid.lol and dozens of clones) is a public ranking website where individuals and startups pay money to secure rank positions. Higher bids immediately push other competitors down the list.
No. BidFeed is strictly a read-only information and telemetry aggregator. We do not accept bets, wagers, or advertising money for board positions. We only aggregate publicly accessible standings.
Our automated telemetry engine checks all indexed public leaderboards every 15 minutes, recording rank shifts, dollar jumps, and new contender entries.
Leaderboards operate in USD, EUR, GBP, BRL, MXN, INR, SOL, and BTC. BidFeed normalizes all foreign currencies into real-time USD equivalents using standard reference exchange rates so you can compare bids apples-to-apples.
You can submit your board anytime using the "Submit Board" button in the navigation header. Once verified by our engine, your board is added to the live feed and public index.
BidFeed respects server health across the indie web. We maintain lightweight, cached HTTP request cycles every 15 minutes, never overload origin host servers, and always provide direct backlinks to origin platforms.
If you operate an outbid leaderboard and would like custom metadata or specific refresh timings, please contact our team via the submit modal.
